Specific Areas You Can Serve
Connect - This team welcomes and facilitates first-time guests by answering questions they may have about the church, provides them with a free gift, and follows up with a handwritten VIP card thanking them for attending. The Connect Team also helps guests identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Life Groups, our RTL Welcome Party, and upcoming events.
Life Kids - This team offers children (B-5th grade) the opportunity to learn and experience God’s love in a clean, safe, and fun environment designed just for them. Whether it’s through holding babies, teaching lessons, leading worship, performing skits, or assisting families with check-in or pick-up, our goal is to lay the foundation for the next generation.
Online Host - This team connects with guests around the world through our online services with prayer and online conversations.
Parking - This team gives guests a positive first impression as they arrive on our campus by welcoming them and providing clear, safe directions for parking.
Production - This team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.
Photography - This team captures environments, people, and special events through photography that is used for social media and communications for ReThink Life Church.
Video - This team captures the Sunday message, people, environments, and special events using video that is later edited and used for social media and communications for ReThink Life Church.
Load-In | Load-Out - This team helps transform LNHS into the house of God through the load-in & out process. This team is responsible for setting up and breaking down our portable environments that reflect the visual and life-giving spaces that engage our guests who are worshiping with us at ReThink Life.
Ushers - This team helps to create a distraction-free, orderly environment by helping guests to their seats and facilitating communion and offering.
Welcome - This team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest.
Worship - This team creates an atmosphere of worship through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering, preparing the way for guests to encounter the presence of God during services.
Prayer - This team meets to pray before each service and prays with people needing prayer at the end of each service and facilitates questions about spiritual next steps. They also pray over prayer requests submitted each week and our prayer team leads the way twice a year for our 21 Days of Prayer focus during January and August.
Hospitality - This team prepares and provides refreshments for our guests attending our Sunday services and special events.
