As a Life Group leader, you are stepping into an opportunity that is vital to our RTL Family. Life Groups are how we grow smaller while growing larger, ensuring that every person is cared for and connected. They provide a safe environment for people to grow in their relationship with God and develop lifelong friendships with others on a similar journey.

God doesn’t call those who have it all together—He uses everyday people who are willing to let Him work through them. By simply choosing a place or activity you’re passionate about, picking a biblically-based resource, and setting a time to gather, you create space for people to know God, grow stronger, discover purpose, and make an impact.

We’ll come alongside you with training, tools, visibility in our group directory, and ongoing support. Leading a Life Group means being a catalyst for transformation—helping our church family do life together in spirit and in truth. Thank you for leading the way!
