Our Leadership Structure:

I Corinthians 14:33 & 40 For God is not a God of disorder but of peace...But be sure that everything is done properly and in order.

  • We are guided by the vision, direction, and leadership God has given to our lead pastors. The RTL staff leads and directs the day to day ministries and operations of the church.

  • We are protected by the Board of Trustees, who oversee the church's legal and financial matters.

  • We are strengthened by our Advisory Team comprised of lay leaders at RTL that gives wisdom, support, counsel, and encouragement to our lead pastor regarding major decisions and financial commitments impacting the church.

 

 Our Affiliation

We are non-denominational in our structure and strategy to eliminate barriers or stereotypes to those we desire to reach with the hope-filled message of Jesus Christ. We are not under the control or hierarchy of any denomination or religious institution. We are fully autonomous and exist under the authority of God's leadership, and direction taught in the Bible.
