It’s hard to believe that three years ago, we relaunched our church from the ground up due to the pandemic. With no place to meet and no in-person worship services for an entire year, seeing what God has done since COVID has been nothing short of a miracle. We give God all the glory for His protection and provision as we reflect on His goodness.
We want to say thank you for your faithfulness, support, and commitment to ReThink Life Church. Your faithful and consistent giving of tithes and offerings allows us to stay focused on our mission to help people know God, grow stronger, discover purpose, and make an impact.
In this year-in-review, you’ll find incredible stories, statistics, and smiles. Behind every number is a person—a heart that has been impacted by the love and hope found in Jesus!

You Answered God’s Call & Changed Lives Forever!
Thank you for helping our community experience God’s life-changing love this year.
“Cliff and I were fairly new to Florida. We were attending a local church in our community but knew that God would direct us to where he wanted us to worship and serve. Low and behold, we met Steve and Melanie Miller. They invited us to ReThink Life and we attended the Christmas Eve service in 2021. As we were leaving the service, we knew this was our church home and we have committed to serving and staying connected.
“We have been active in life groups, serving in various roles, tithing and supporting others through prayer. Although we have had some rough days personally, we know that God has a plan for us. James 5:16 tells us the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (NIV). We are witnesses to the power of prayer and rest assured that our tests are leading to our triumph and testimonies. We are grateful for the wisdom that Pastors Rodney and Michelle share that allows us the opportunity to serve as we ‘ReThink Life’.”

When Isabel, her husband Terrance, and their family first moved to the Lake Nona area, they didn’t know a single soul. So, Isabel decided to do a simple internet search on Google to look for a church. Soon afterwards, she and her family were walking through the doors of ReThink Life.
“ReThink has given us our church family and community,” Isabel shares. Their family made friends with Melanie and Ruth, and Isabel became a life group leader in January of 2022. Since then, her women’s group has grown to almost 30.
“I love to give back to the community and bless others through various ways through our life group,” Isabel shares. “We celebrate and help each other in times of need. I now have an amazing tribe of women who are always there for me when I need them.”
Overall, the family’s faith has grown exponentially, and so has their desire to give back: “God has blessed our family in many ways,” Isabel shares. “Our finances have increased which has allowed us to help others more.”
For Nikki and her family, 2021 was a pivotal year. Tragically, Nikki’s brother passed away in 2021. That same year she and her family moved to the Lake Nona area, where they soon visited ReThink Life Church. Little did they know when they walked through the doors of ReThink that God had a plan filled with healing and hope here for their family. “ReThink was the first and only church we tried and we loved it from the beginning,” Nikki shares.
Since visiting ReThink, Nikki has become a volunteer in the LIfe Kids Group. She and her family have joined a small group that consists of families whose children attend a local karate school. They gather together monthly for a Bible study, and Nikki is thrilled that her son is forming close relationships with other Christian families.
In the past few years, Nikki and her family have experienced major life change. Yet God has been faithful to them through the local church — people like you.
There are over 40 schools located within 13 miles of our new property – and over 40,000 students attend those schools. This is why at ReThink we place such a high priority on building a bridge into the public schools: this is truly one of our greatest mission fields.
We love helping children and youth develop a genuine love for Jesus, building their lives on the truth of God’s Word, connecting in meaningful friendships, and discovering their purpose from a young age.

Before Dagmar, her husband José, and their two sons were invited to church by their neighbors Jamie & Heath, they struggled to make Christ the center of their lives. “Before ReThink, we lived a life of frantic and constant stress,” they shared. “But from the moment we visited ReThink, we knew we had found our new home. We have learned how to make the priority to pray, in the mornings, at dinners, before going to bed. We are seeking books and learning tools to continue growing and learning.”
Not only have the Sunday morning messages been incredibly impactful for their family, but the community they are building here has inspired them to give back to others.
“From the pastors, the Dream Team, and all the amazing people we have met at church, we have been impacted one way or other in our lives. We are currently participating in one of the life groups and volunteering at church.”
Since coming to ReThink, the Ramos family has made the choice to publicly confess their faith and be baptized! Their amazing story wouldn't have been possible if their neighbors, Jamie & Heath, hadn’t reached out a loving hand and invited them to church. Because of a simple invite, this family has found a new home at Rethink Life.
Goal: $150,000
In October 2023, we closed on 4.7 acres of land for a purchase price of $1,400,000 to serve as the future church home for ReThink Life Church.
Over the past year, our engineers have been working closely with Osceola County and the state to address various code requirements for our future building site plan. We were informed early on that this would be a lengthy process due to the complexities involved in building a commercial structure off state highway SR 15 (Narcoossee Road).
The Good News!
We are nearing the end of this process and are ready to take the final steps toward completing our construction drawings and submitting for permits. The costs to complete this step are approximately $150,000, which includes construction drawings, remaining engineering costs, 3D renderings, and permitting fees.
Our goal is to raise $150,000 by December 8th to fund this final step. Any amount received over and above this goal will go toward reducing — or ideally, paying off — our mortgage debt. Our remaining balance is $780,000. Eliminating this debt will give our church tremendous opportunities and enhanced financing options for ReThink Life’s future church home.
We understand that we’re all at different points on the journey of giving and generosity. But imagine what God can accomplish if we all take a step together! On Sunday, December 8th, we’ll do exactly that. Let’s do for the future what others have done for us in the past. Wondering how big of a step to take? Will you consider helping us reach our year-end goal in the following ways?
Pray. Pray for continued favor with the county and state, and for God’s continued provision.
Give. Ask God what He wants you to do — and then do what He says by making a one- time, year-end gift over and above your regular giving.
God has done AMAZING things through ReThink Life Church in 2024. Let’s finish strong by taking this final step to complete our site planning and development process. By completing this step, we will be ready to prayerfully break ground in 2025 to build our future church home!
